Our mission: Youth Outlook is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for adolescents, whether they identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or questioning (LGBTQ). Youth Outlook programs facilitate ongoing personal growth and development of a positive identity for LGBTQ adolescents.
Youth Outlook is the only agency in the DuPage, Kane, and DeKalb counties of Illinois dedicated solely to serving LGBTQ youth. In order to accomplish our mission, we provide wellness education on a variety of topics, leadership development, and social space. We also conduct community education programs in order to change the social atmosphere that imperils LGBTQ youth in the first place.

Youth Outlook has five drop-in centers, one each in Geneva, Naperville, DeKalb, Sterling and Aurora.
